Nourishment

Emptiness prepares the space. But once space has been created, the question arises: What will you fill it with?
Not everything that makes you full nourishes you. Not everything that tastes sweet sustains you. Nourishment is more than substance – it is frequency. It can make you clearer or it can darken you. It can bring you into the flow or keep you from it.

The path of Blackdragon is a path of conscious nourishment. No diet, no counting, no dogma. Instead, the question is: What vibration do I want to carry within me?

The Morning Ritual – Alchemy in a Glass

For months, I began every day the same way. No coffee, no sugar, no routine designed to numb me. Instead, a drink I created myself – a kind of alchemy in a glass.

A glass of warm water.
Fresh lemon juice.
A pinch of cayenne pepper, black pepper, and turmeric.
A spoonful of raw honey.
And a small amount of Celtic sea salt.

Each ingredient carried its own frequency:

Lemon cut through heaviness and cleansed.

Turmeric brought golden warmth, easing inflammation and supporting healing.

Pepper – cayenne like fire, black pepper like sparks – awakened circulation and blood flow.

Honey was the sweetness that brought balance, a gentle strength.

Celtic sea salt returned the minerals of the earth to the body.

The first sips were like fire. A burning sensation that did not hurt, but awakened. Warmth spread outward, first through the stomach, then into the head, all the way into every fiber. After a few weeks, it had become more than a drink – it was a ritual, a starting signal that retuned my body, my mind, and my frequency.

Minerals and Vitamins – Building Blocks of Frequency

The body is a temple. And this temple needs foundations. Not sugar, not artificial additives – but minerals and vitamins that hold the foundation together like invisible pillars.

I learned that not everything works in the same way.

Magnesium, for example. Magnesium oxide passes through the body with little noticeable effect. Magnesium citrate, on the other hand – immediately noticeable. Muscles relax, sleep becomes deeper, thoughts become calmer. Other forms, such as malate or bisglycinate, have their own nuances. Each form carries a different vibration.

Vitamin D3 + K2 – the sun within the body. D3 awakens, K2 directs. Together they are like light and a key.

OPC – the power of the grape, concentrated in its skin and seeds. It protects the cells like an invisible cloak.

Vitamin B complex – the fire of the nerves. It brings clarity, balance, and energy, like oil in an engine that would otherwise run dry.

These substances are not foreign bodies. They are memories of nature, reminding the body of how it truly vibrates.

Black Seed Oil – Oil of Life

Unfiltered black seed oil, morning and evening. The taste: bitter, strong, challenging. And that is precisely where its power lies.

Ancient cultures called it the oil that “cures everything except death.” And I understood why. It did not merely strengthen my immune system – it brought order. It brought clarity to the mind, calm to the body, balance to the field. No rapid effect like a medication, but a quiet, steady force.

Every sip was a yes to my own resilience.

Cacao and Coconut Oil – Medicine for the Heart

There are foods that are gateways. Cacao is one of them. Not sweet, not tamed – raw, bitter, dark.

Prepared with spices, water, and coconut oil, it became a ritual. The scent alone opened something within me. One sip – and the warmth flowed directly into the heart. Not into the stomach, not into the head – into the heart.

Just as water in the morning cleansed the body, cacao cleansed my soul. It was remembrance. Not consumption, not something done on the side. Instead, it was a conscious ritual, deliberately chosen to connect me with my inner fire.

Cleansing as Nourishment – The Washing Ritual

Nourishment does not happen only within. What happens externally is also part of the frequency.
The water touching your skin is not merely hygiene. It is a ritual.

I chose Aleppo soap – simple, pure, without artificial fragrances. My washing ritual became more than cleansing. It was letting go. With every drop of water, with every movement of the foam, heaviness fell away. Foreign energies dissolved, and the skin began to breathe anew.

It was as if the water itself were saying: “Now you are free.”

Liberating the Body – The Mind Nourishes Matter

During this time, something happened that many would consider impossible: I lost fifty kilograms – in just three months.

Not through deprivation, not through dieting, not through force. But through a new frequency.

Because alongside the rituals of nourishment, I began to create.
I wrote books. I made videos. I allowed energy to flow.
And while I created, my body lost its heaviness.

Creativity itself became nourishment.
Every page I wrote was like a meal.
Every video I completed burned away old burdens.
I no longer filled myself with food, but with creation.

The energy that had once been bound within weight transformed into words, images, and works.
I lost body mass – and gained lightness of mind.

And so it became clear: the body does not free itself through nourishment alone, but through the mind that decides which frequency it will live.

Nourishment as a Way of Life

Nourishment is not a diet, a rule, or a program. It is a path.
Everything you take into yourself – whether through your mouth, through your skin, or through your attention – becomes part of your frequency.

Therefore, choose consciously.
A glass of water in the morning can be a ritual.
A pinch of salt can be a gift from the earth.
A spoonful of oil can be remembrance.
A page you write can be nourishment.

And so nourishment is no longer consumption, but art.
Not obligation, but frequency.
Not burden, but lightness.

Emptiness created the space.
Nourishment laid the foundation.
And now the temple rises upon it – ready for movement, ready for creation.
