Chapter 10

Creativity as a Lifestyle

There is a point when you stop distinguishing between “creative” and “normal.”
A point where the current carries you so deeply that everything becomes one: work, relationships, breath, writing, even drinking water.

Creativity is not a tool.
Creativity is a lifestyle.
It is the fabric that runs through everything.

Work – Creating Instead of Simply Getting Things Done

In the past, work was an obligation. A must. Simply functioning.
You do what needs to be done, and in the end you are empty.

Today, I approach it differently.
When I do a task, I ask myself: What can I create from this?
Even monotonous work suddenly carries a rhythm.
I no longer sit there thinking: “I have to.”
I sit there thinking: “I am creating.”

It changes everything. The fatigue fades. Routine becomes flow.

Relationships – Living Works of Art

Relationships are not fixed. They are alive.
A conversation can be mechanical, cold, like two gears turning against each other.
Or it can flow warmly, like a song being born in the moment.

I remember evenings when someone else and I sat stiffly across from each other, every word heavy.
But as soon as I remembered: This is also creation, everything shifted. I began to listen as if I were listening to a melody. I spoke as if I were painting pictures.
And suddenly there was movement, understanding, closeness.

Relationships are not roles. They are works of art. New every day.

Everyday Life – The Alchemy of Small Things

Most people think creativity has to be something big.
A book. A painting. A film.

But the real thing happens in the small moments.

I stand in the kitchen in the morning.
In front of me is the glass, warm water, lemon juice, cayenne, black pepper, turmeric, honey, sea salt.
I pour, stir, drink. For others, a beverage. For me, alchemy. A morning ritual that tunes my body like an instrument.

Then I go to the copper water pitcher. At the bottom are the words: “Gratitude, Love, Joy.”
I lift it and drink. And every sip is more than just liquid.
It is remembrance. It is frequency.

Sometimes, when I shower – using nothing but simple, clear Aleppo soap – I feel it too. The lathering, the washing away, the opening of the windows. It is not cleaning. It is clearing. The room breathes. And I breathe with it.

Even the smallest thing can be an act of creation.

The Body in Flow

Creativity does not remain in the mind. It moves through the flesh.
I have experienced it: losing 50 kilos in three months.

Not through dieting. Not through force.
But because my body understood: My mind creates, therefore I must transform.

While I fasted, I wrote. While I wrote, I made videos. While I made videos, I built worlds.
The body became lighter. Clearer. More ready to carry the flow.

It was not simply weight loss. It was transformation.

Videos – Pure Flow

When I make videos, there is no plan.
I arrange images, effects, transitions – not with my mind, but with feeling.

Then comes the music. I listen to a few bars. Goosebumps. I know: This is it.
And every time it fits. Beat, words, images. Perfect.
Not because I calculated it.
Because the flow itself brings everything into order.

That is creativity as a lifestyle: trust. Letting go. Flowing.

Mistakes – the New Alphabet

But the path also brings breaks.
I write – and sometimes words are missing even though I said them.
Letters jump. Words shift.

In the past, it would have destroyed me. I was someone who loved language.
Today I know: My mind is faster than my hand. My field is faster than the letters.

It looks like mistakes. But in truth, it is a new alphabet.
I do not simply write words. I write frequencies.

The Forest – the Great Atelier

Sometimes I go into the forest. No camera, no pen. Just me.
I stop. Close my eyes. And it begins.

The trees send frequencies. The wind carries vibrations. Birds weave sound.
It is not a walk. It is an atelier.
I return home, and inside me are ideas, texts, images – without ever having “done” anything.

The forest reminds me: Creativity is not in the mind. It is in the field.

The Tipping Point

There is a moment when you can no longer separate things.
Work and play. Everyday life and art. Inner and outer.

Everything becomes one.
The walk becomes a dance.
Cooking becomes alchemy.
Conversations become works of art.

You can no longer be anything but creative.
Creativity is not an activity. It is being.

Conclusion – The Flow

Creativity as a lifestyle means:

Work becomes creation.

Relationships become living works of art.

Everyday life becomes alchemy.

The body becomes testimony.

Mistakes become frequencies.

Nature becomes an atelier.

It is a flow that never stops.
Sometimes still, sometimes rushing. But always carrying you.

And eventually you realize:
You are not someone who becomes creative.
You are creativity.
You are the flow.
